
Marian Caraway Gardner is better known to many as Marian L Caraway because she was very active in the Lake Mary community where she lived for 20 years. She is a CPA and obtained a lot of experience working for other firms before opening her own office in 1985. She is proud to have established a good working relationship with many small business clients who continue to depend on her experience with tax and accounting issues.
Marian?s civic experience includes: Past President of the Lake Mary Chamber of Commerce (1988) and board member for 9 years; Past Treasurer of Seminole County Friends of Abused Children (5 years); former City of Lake Mary Police Pension Board member (4 years) and she also served as campaign treasurer for various public officials while a resident of Seminole County.
Marian married John L Gardner in 1999 and moved to Orlando. John is a retired executive from MacDonald Douglas in their St. Louis corporate offices. John has spent much of the past ten years teaching Marian how to play golf. It has become one of her passions and she enjoys spending Friday working from her home office overlooking the 15th Fairway at Bay Hill.
New clients are just as important to Marian as those she has worked with for thirty years. She likes to be able to explain very complex issues to someone to help them better understand their tax situation.

Michael Caraway
Michael joined Marian, in 2007 after his career as an Orlando Fire Fighter/Paramedic was short due to a back injury. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Florida State University. Michael became a CPA in 2010. He is married to Michelle and has two children, Jack and Julia.
Michael is very active in the community. He voluteers weekly in his son's 2nd grade classroom and is an officer in the Wilson Elementary PTA. He is on the Board of Director's of the Greater Sanford Regional Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce's Small Business Committee. He has spoken before various groups regarding Individual and Small Business Tax Issues.
